I grew up in a family where (good) taste is passed down from generation to generation.

When I was a child, I dreamt of being a chef, but I joined my confectioner grandfather’s world of sweets.

A few years ago, my grandmother gave us some recipe books, including one for our famous marrons glacés.
So I tried it, tested and tasted and that's how, after several weeks' work, I rediscovered the magic of the marrons glacés of times gone by.

The secret?
There are several: fruit selected one by one, sugar and the finest vanilla pods.

I often say: "Simplicity and quality", it’s as simple as that.
